- Access to the common entrance: If you live in the Nice Eye certified complex, you can enter and exit the common entrance.
- Elevator Call: Elevator can be called automatically when entering the common entrance. (It may vary depending on the environment of the residential complex)
- Notice management in the complex: You can check notices in the complex through the Nice Eye application.
- Parking management: It is possible to check the entrance/exit of household vehicles, visit vehicle registration and entry/exit inquiry, and vehicle entry/exit notification
service. (However, when using the Nice Park parking system)
- Civil complaint management: You can proceed with civil complaints and inquiries within the complex through the Nice application.

- The Nice Eye application can only be used in the Nice Eye authentication complex.
- The Nice Eye application is only available for smartphones with “Android/IOS ver information or higher / Bluetooth 4.0 or higher”.
