O Gestor de OS é uma aplicação voltada para o gerenciamento de ordens de serviço dos técnicos da Valenet. Por meio do aplicativo é possível que o técnico
possa:
- Gerenciar sua agenda dos próximos 7 dias;
- Verificar o Status das OS encerradas
- Realizar feedback do atendimento de uma ordem de serviço;
- Adotar ordens de serviço próximas a ele;
- Visualizar distâncias e traçar rotas até suas ordens de serviço;
- Mudar região de atuação quando estiver fora da região em que está cadastrado;
- Visualizar o histórico das ordens de serviço realizadas diariamente.
