The COSYS "Inventory Demo" app shows you how our software solution for inventory works. We have activated the modules and functions for you that COSYS customers often use
for inventory. The full version of the inventory solution has additional modules, functions and services that you can choose according to your needs. Activated modules of
this demo are: Inventory, article information, data transfer and the possibility to expand the mobile application with the COSYS Demo WebDesk free of charge.Application Inventory Cloud
After downloading and installing the app, open it and enter the main menu. Various "Settings" are available via the three dots in the upper right corner. If you have
downloaded the app to a smartphone, you can check the "Scan button (button 'Volume down')" in the settings under "Scanner" to scan specific barcodes with the volume down
button, alternatively you can also use the camera's auto-detection to capture barcodes.
As soon as you enter a module and there is an internet connection, the software updates the master data. Once the device has been updated, the software can be used
completely offline until the data is sent back.
? Expand the demo module for free: We recommend requesting the access data for the WebDesk before taking the inventory. The extension of the app to include the WebDesk is
completely free of charge for you. You can create your own master data via the WebDesk and thus test the mobile inventory with your articles. Note: The data in the COSYS
backend, in which the WebDesk is located, is always reset at the end of the day. This means that all stocks recorded by mobile devices and master data created by you will be
deleted.
? Item information module: In the "Item information" module, you can scan a test barcode and the device will show you the item information stored in the master data.
? Inventory module: Here you enter the location, recorder and counting station and then scan the barcodes or enter the EAN/item numbers manually. Then enter the recorded
quantity and confirm with "ok". Do this for all items.
? Data transfer module: In this module you can import data from the backend or send or delete recorded data. To avoid complications with outdated data sets, you should
delete the data on the device for new test runs. This only deletes recorded data, not our test data.Functions and services for the inventory full version
