The Health app measures heart rate variability and heartbeat along with blood pressure through the phone's camera. Also, you can add bp data manually. If you record these
vitals in your activity tracker, we also use them in my data.
Heart rate trackers may cause the thermal LED to flicker. Try to keep your finger 1-2mm away from the flashlight, or put your fingertip on the flash or cover it with half your
fingertip.
