When a student visits your booth at a MyNavi job hunting event, the MyQR code is displayed using the MyNavi app. The data of the participating students is stored by reading the
displayed "QR code" with the My Navi Job Search Event Attendance Management App and sending it to MynaviWebManager.
Also, with this update, companies that accept entries from My Navi 2021 or later can set up any events such as company events such as company briefings and read the "MyQR code"
to manage attendance .
* To use the My Navi Job Attendance Management App, you need the company ID, recruiter ID, and password used on the “My Navi Maintenance Screen”.
* When a student sits in the booth, please display the "MyQR code" before the briefing session, read it, and announce that attendance will be managed.
(Announcement before the explanation will lead to smooth explanation session management and increase the number of "MyQR code" read)
* If you display and read the "MyQR code" for students, personal information will be submitted to your company. Please explain that you can receive various employment
information of your company.
(In MynaviWebManager, you can check the event participation history.)
* Regarding Huawei terminals, the original camera's reading function may have been changed, so it cannot be used. Please prepare another terminal that can use Android5.0 or
more.
[Use procedure]
① Download this application, select the service year of My Navi to manage attendance, enter your company ID, recruiter ID, password, and tap "Login".

②Register the [prefecture], [exhibition month], [event name], [exhibition date], and [area] that you are exhibiting.
③ Check that the registered items are displayed on the application, and tap [Start Scan].
確認 Check that the scan screen is displayed. Students use the My Navi app to display the "MyQR code" and read the displayed "QR code".
た ら If the word “OK” is displayed on the scan screen, it means that scanning was successful.
* Be sure to confirm the display of "OK". If OK is not displayed, reading may not be possible.
読 み 込 み If reading is successful, the "event name" and "send number" to be sent are displayed. Check the contents and tap "Send" to send the data to MynaviWebManager.
