Description

Workout Journal is a mobile app for those who want to track their progress over a workout and a calendar period, along with controlling the rest time during training.
The app allows you to record a number of your exercise repetitions per set and use a custom timer countdown as rest time between exercise sets.
Features:
Creating workout notes
Tap the + button on the main screen to create a new note.
Renaming workout notes
Tap the Info options button on a workout note to rename it.
Deleting workout notes
Swipe left on a workout note you wish to remove.
Restoring the last deleted workout note
Tap the Undo button in a pop-up message to restore the last deleted workout note.
Adding exercise sets
Tap the + button on a workout note to create a new exercise set.
Deleting exercise sets
Swipe left on an exercise set you wish to remove.
Restoring the last deleted exercise set
Tap the Undo button in a pop-up message to restore the last deleted exercise set.
Starting timer
Add a new exercise set, and a timer starts to count down as rest time manually or automatically, depending on the settings.
Timer notifications
Workout Journal automatically alerts you with a vibration after your rest time is over.
Choosing timer launch mode
Navigate to the Settings screen on the main screen and tap the toggle button.
